The following information will help orientate you to the daily workings of The HUB, as well outline some things we need from you so that you can take advantage of the many benefits of being a member.

READY TO WORK

Please download and read the Policy & Procedures Manual that is given to all members.  This will answer a lot of your questions about The HUB and using the co-working space.  On the last page is a ‘Ready To Work’ form. Please sign and return to us for our records.

WI-FI

Free WI-FI at The HUB for members and their clients and customers.  Please use the following information…

MAILING ADDRESS

One of the benefits of being a HUB Member is that you can receive mail here. Please use the following format to ensure that your mail/packages are received:

COBOT

This is the online administrator for The HUB.  You will be receiving an automated email from COBOT requesting you to review your membership Plan and profile.  This is the place that you can review your billing and where you can find the booking calendar if you choose to use meeting space at The HUB.

To access your account in the future, you can simply “LOGIN” at the bottom of our web site and you will be redirected to the COBOT site.

AFTER HOURS ACCESS

For those Members requiring access to The HUB outside of 8:00am to 6:00pm, Mon to Fri, you will need an access code for the security system.  Please speak to The HUB Manager if you require access after hours.

LOGO

Please send us a logo of your business that will be included in our advertising, a privilege of being a member of The HUB.  Preferably a high resolution ‘JPEG’.

SOCIAL MEDIA

It would be great for you to rate us on Google!  Also, current information, events, and resources are sent out via MailChimp on a monthly basis or as needed, but not so much that your inbox will hate us!  Finally, follow us on Facebook to keep up with the most current happenings!


Payments for membership fees or other HUB invoices can be made via e-transfer to work@thehubmuskoka.ca, or using one of the following 2 methods:
  • Pay Pal

    Through the COBOT invoice that you receive you can access your Pay Pal account directly.  Please note that any payment of $100 or more will incur a 3% fee on your following invoice.  We recommend using Pay Pal when purchasing ‘Booking Passes’ as it instantly credits your COBOT account so you can book rooms instantly.

  • Pre-Authorized Debit

    So you do not have to worry about making payments on time, we highly recommend PAD for your monthly membership fees.  We rely on Rotessa, a trusted Canadian platform that provides you with an automatic email when funds are transferred from your account.  The funds are held for 3 days before the transaction is completed.  Please speak with The HUB Manager to easily set up the convenient payment system.
